Terms of Use

Terms for the VYBR institutional website. This site is a waitlist and product preview — not the booking app.

Last updated October 19, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to the VYBR institutional website operated by VYBR LLC, Austin, Texas (“VYBR”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

What this Site is

The Site is a marketing and waitlist website for the VYBR booking platform. It describes the product and lets you contact us or join the waitlist. Submitting the form does not create a booking, an account, or a guarantee of access when the application launches.

Product screenshots and previews on the Site are illustrative. Features, copy, and interface may change before public launch. Status labels such as Pending and Paid describe Stripe Connect payouts in the product; they are not an offer to process payments on this website.

No bookings on this website

Nothing on the Site is a contract to book talent, reserve a venue, or move money. Bookings, payouts, and profiles will live in the VYBR application when it is available. Until then, the waitlist is the way to ask for access.

Your submissions

You agree that information you send through the form is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to share it. Do not submit unlawful content, others’ personal data without permission, or payment credentials.

How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

VYBR, the VYBR logo, and the content on the Site are owned by VYBR LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them except as allowed by law (for example fair use) or with our written consent.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that descriptions of upcoming product features will match the launched application in every respect.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VYBR LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability for claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Travis County, Texas, have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to sue in your place of residence.
