Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how VYBR LLC (“VYBR”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses information on the institutional website (the “Site”). VYBR is based in Austin, Texas, United States. Contact: info@getvybr.com.

This policy covers the marketing website and waitlist/contact forms only. The VYBR booking application, when publicly available, may have its own terms and privacy notice.

Information we collect

When you use the contact or waitlist form, we collect the details you submit: name, email address, optional phone number, venue or artist name, whether you are a venue, talent, or other, subject, and message.

We also receive technical data that your browser sends in the ordinary course of a request (such as IP address, user agent, and the time of submission) so we can operate the Site, prevent spam, and debug delivery.

This Site does not collect payment card numbers or bank account details. Do not send those in the form.

How we use it

We use form submissions to reply to you, to manage the launch waitlist, and to understand who is asking for access (venue, talent, or other).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use waitlist or contact data for paid advertising without a separate notice.

Sharing

We may share submissions with email delivery providers (for example Resend) solely to send our reply or an internal notification to info@getvybr.com.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of VYBR, our users, or the public.

Retention

We keep waitlist and contact records for as long as we need them to run the waitlist and respond to you, and for a reasonable period afterward for operational and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your submission at info@getvybr.com.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you sent us. Email info@getvybr.com with the address you used on the form.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Brazil, you may also have rights under GDPR or LGPD, including the right to object to certain processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Cookies and analytics

The Site may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security and form operation. If we add analytics or advertising tags later, we will update this policy and, where required, request consent.

International visitors

VYBR is in the United States. If you submit the form from another country, your information is processed in the U.S. and may be stored there.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product and the Site evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will change. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
